As a proud graduate of the QBE Sydney Swans Academy, Errol can personally attest to the life-changing impact your support can have.

The Academy is where his passion for football was nurtured, and it's where he learned invaluable lessons in respect, resilience, discipline, and teamwork. These are the qualities that have helped him make waves in the AFL, and they are the same qualities we instill in every young athlete who comes through our program.

"We're inspiring the next generation"

"Your incredible generosity has armed us with the tools and the confidence to hit the ground running and put our all into every single game. Knowing that you're backing us has pushed us to step up and face the challenges head-on.

Your support has allowed us to focus on what matters most – our game. It's not just about the wins; it's about the unity and sense of belonging that your support has brought to our team. Your belief in us has made a huge difference, driving us to represent our community with pride and determination".

Chloe Molloy, AFLW Co-Captain

"it has never been about their future playing in the aflw, it's about the kids pushing themselves to be the best they can be"

"I would describe the Academy as a family, everyone is here with the common goal to enjoy footy.

The children are really lucky to be a part of the Academy, and anyone would be".

help us build the future

"My focus has always been around the individuals and their families.”

Courtney Knight - Head Coach of the Hunter Academy.

“There's always someone there encouraging you, whether it be a coach or a teammate.”

"AFLW has been my dream for as long as I can remember. There are so many opportunities to go higher and further".
